At Mughel Gardens, we ensure safe, reliable, and timely delivery of all orders across the United Arab Emirates using our own delivery team.
We currently deliver to all Emirates within the United Arab Emirates.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 6:00 PM (GST) will be processed on the next business day.
In some cases, same-day delivery may be available within Dubai, depending on order timing and availability. This is not guaranteed for all orders.
All orders are delivered using Mughel Gardens’ own fleet of riders and vans, ensuring proper handling and care of all products.
PAYMENT METHODS
We currently accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — available across all UAE emirates
- Bank Transfer / Bank Deposit — details provided at checkout
All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking or delivery updates.
If a customer is unavailable at the time of delivery or provides an incorrect address, the order will be returned to us. If the customer requests re-delivery, additional shipping charges will apply.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos at support@mughelgardens.ae . We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
