General Policy Statement: We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for "change of mind," buyer's remorse, or without a verified, documented reason.
To ensure clarity, our policies differ depending on the type of item you have purchased:
Live Plants (Perishable Goods)
All live plant sales are final. Due to their perishable nature, plants cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind.
Damage Exception: The only exception to this rule is if a plant arrives damaged or in poor condition during transit (see the Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items section below for instructions).
Product Variations: As plants are living organisms, natural variations in size, shape, and color from the images shown on our website are expected. These natural variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for a refund.
Pots & Accessories (Non-Perishable Goods)
No Returns for Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or issue refunds for non-perishable items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchanges Allowed: You may exchange unused, non-perishable items in their original packaging for an item of equal or higher value within 14 days of delivery. Customers are strictly responsible for all shipping costs associated with voluntary exchanges.
If any item (whether a plant or an accessory) arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are here to make it right.
Reporting Timeline: You must contact us at support@mughelgardens.ae within 48 hours of delivery.
Proof Requirement: Your claim must include clear photographic evidence of the item and its packaging.
Resolution: Upon validation of your claim, we will provide a replacement or a full refund. Mughel Gardens will cover all return shipping costs if the error was ours or occurred during transit.
Orders can be cancelled without penalty within 24–48 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched from our facility.
If a customer is unavailable to receive an order or refuses delivery at the destination:
The items will be returned to our facility.
A refund will be issued for the products, minus the original shipping charges.
(Exception: If the delivery failure was entirely due to an error on our part, a full refund will be provided).
All approved refunds are processed within 7 business days of claim approval or receipt of the returned item.
Funds are returned exclusively to the original payment method used at checkout.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is necessitated by our error.
