We proudly deliver across all Emirates in the United Arab Emirates, including:

Abu Dhabi
Sharjah
Ajman
Umm Al Quwain
Ras Al Khaimah
Fujairah

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

🚚 Delivery Time & Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
Our standard delivery time is 2–4 working days.
Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We always aim to deliver your plants and products as quickly and safely as possible.

💸 Delivery Charges

Free Delivery on all orders above AED 99.
A flat fee of AED 20 applies to orders below AED 99.

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before you make payment.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. This allows you to monitor your delivery in real-time.

🔁 Missed Deliveries

If you're unavailable during delivery:

A second delivery attempt will be made.
If the delivery fails again, the item will be returned to our warehouse. You may be contacted to arrange a re-delivery with an additional delivery charge.

📍 Accurate Address Information

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct. Mughel Gardens will not be responsible for:

Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Lost or misrouted packages due to customer error.

📸 Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

Damaged products or plants
Wrong or missing items

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or return as per our return policy.
