At Mughel Gardens, we are committed to delivering healthy, high-quality plants and plant care items with care and precision. Due to the nature of our products, please review our return policy below:

🚫 No Returns on Live Plants

Because plants are living and perishable, we do not accept any returns or exchanges once the plant has been accepted at the time of delivery.

We carefully inspect every plant before it is shipped to ensure you receive only the best.

📦 Returns for Accessories (Pots, Tools, etc.)

Returns may be accepted for non-plant items (e.g., pots, stands, or tools) if:

• The item is unused and in original condition

• It is returned in its original packaging

• The return is requested within 3 days of delivery

• You provide a receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at mughelgardensae@gmail.com with your order details. If approved, we will send return instructions.
Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at mughelgardensae@gmail.com with photos or video proof. We will assess the issue and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.

💸 Refunds

If a return is approved (for accessories only), refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.
